Your dedicated account manager will guide you through the process, providing ongoing weekly and monthly reports detailing all activities on your account.
They will track all of the applications, arrears, move ins, move outs, and debtors on your account, providing support with all aspects of the lettings management, including the completion of ASTs, payment mandates, legal notes and organising moving dates for tenants.
Our management service provides expert rental collection and debt management, working with client and tenant alike to create a payment arrangement, should a tenant fall into arrears.
Prinvest Lettings will complete all legal processes and our rental insurance will pay rents until such time as a new tenant can be found - even after the tenancy end date.
In addition to your account manager providing extensive support with the management process, our expert legal team ensures that all tenancy agreements and renewals are updated every 6 months, ensuring that you are covered.
